How To Order

My website is maintained out of Australia by my son, Dan. Email Dan your order at Email Order , indicating the CODE (eg H123) and title of the design you wish to order.

Most artwork displayed on the website has only one copy available in stock for immediate delivery; once that was sold, you may need to wait 3 -12 months (depending on size) for me to complete another piece at your order. Some designs may no longer be available. Colours & size of new piece may vary from those displayed on the website.

Once I confirm that your selected piece is available, payment will be possible via Western Union, bank transfer or international money order. I prefer Western Union as the other methods may lead to considerable delays. Website prices are in Euro. If you wish to pay in other major currency, please let us know.

Once payment is received I shall mail your Gobelin piece.

Website prices are exclusive of postage and delivery; add approx EU30 for delivery to EURO zone.

Gobelins often look stunning in pairs. Buy a pair and we'll waive the postage fee!

The piece is mailed unframed, unless otherwise agreed (pls read "DYO Framing" and "Framing" pages above, to know what to expect and for framing tips). Ships out of Romania via registered mail.

If for whatever reason you are not happy with the piece, email us and send it back within 3 days of receipt. Once the piece arrived back, I shall refund your money less postage, insurance & money transfer fees.
